Yoga Summer Camp (6-11 year olds) - 10am - 2pm

Yoga summer camp sessions are designed for 6-11 year olds. The session is aimed specifically with this age range in mind, providing children with more challenging yoga through a variety of games, partner work and a focus on mindfulness. 

The session will run 10.00am - 2.00pm 

10.00am - arrive (all contact details confirmed) 10.15am Yoga games  

10.45 - break (juice & snack included)  

11.00am Toe-ga - challenge 

11.15 - partner yoga games  

12.00pm - lunch break (packed lunch must be provided) 

12.30pm - adventure yoga 

1.00pm - yoga chatterbox  

1.30 - mindfulness eating (sweet clementines used, any allergies must be identified)

 2.00pm - collect  

*Please note the session is just for child participation. You are welcome to stay and watch the session, relax/work in The Den’s Lounge or venture into Headingley and make use of the time! All I ask is that I have an emergency contact number and that you arrive back in time for the end of the session.
