WHAT IS THE COURSE?If you’re interested in learning more about labour, birth and the postnatal period, but are unable to take a full course, my workshops will cover all the basics and ensure you’ll have the information you need to feel clued up about birth.
With this class you’ll receive a digital copy of my birth planning guide, postnatal template, bag list and relaxation MP3’s.
There will be opportunities to make notes, ask questions and discuss resources. As the class includes the use of the crèche, you can really chill out with a cup of tea and a biscuit in the beautiful The Den living space. This allows your little one to play in a safe environment, so you’re able to take in the information and have a moment for yourself. WHO IS IT FOR?Mothers-to-be of second or subsequent babies who want to prepare for their birth and postnatal period with use of the crèche facility. (First pregnancies welcome of course, baring in mind the price will be the same).
