About this Event
The school of Yoga provides engaging and fun multi-sensory sessions for children aged 2- 5 years. The sessions are aligned with the Early year’s foundation stage curriculum.
Young children love engaging in animated classes that have a breadth of skills to learn and this is exactly what this class offers.
The classes are themed sessions with yoga postures, songs, music and stories.
The school of yoga has a multi-sensory approach promoting creativity and confidence in children whilst simultaneously promoting children’s wellbeing and relaxation techniques.
